I Identify As Me DocuSeries

"I Identify as Me" is an experimental, character-based, vérité-style episodic that unpacks the false notion that has been believed for centuries– that gender is fixed and binary. The series will show how the gender binary is a specific form of systematic power that impacts everyone regardless of race, gender, or age. This will be realized through the lived experiences and interviews of eight people who are Black & Brown Trans, gender-diverse people, and masculine-presenting women.

As of 2019, the approximate target audience for the film is 13.6 million people in the United States.
